5.0Turtuk Village was Magical!
We chose 10-day tour specifically for Turtuk Village and it exceeded expectations! The Balti culture is completely different from Ladakhi Buddhism. Our homestay family was wonderful - home-cooked apricot dishes, stories about border life. The extra acclimatization days really helped - no altitude sickness at all. Tsokar Lake with flamingos was a bonus we didn't know about. Driver Tsering was knowledgeable about photography spots. Perfect balance of adventure and cultural immersion. Highly recommend for travelers who want more than just Instagram spots!

5.0Photographer's Dream Itinerary!
Our photography club customized the 10-day tour with extra photography time. Turtuk offered completely unique subjects - Balti portraits, apricot orchards, border landscapes. The extra day meant we could wait for perfect light at Pangong and Tso Moriri. Tsokar Lake flamingos were incredible. Driver was photography-friendly - stopped whenever we needed. The 10-day duration allowed us to capture Ladakh in diverse conditions. Accommodations had charging stations for all our gear. Already planning winter photography tour with same team!
